Yesterday on our walk to our little beach in search of caterpillars we found some long grasses and were finally able to make this little heart wand. It turned out so beautifully and took almost no time at all! I am really in love with it!

 What you'll need

  • a stick
  • a bunch of long grasses
  • feathers, flowers or whatever you want to use a decorations
  • floral wire (although not a need but it does make it much easier and more sturdier!

Instructions:

1. Tie the bunch of grasses to your stick using another piece of grass

2. then split the bunch in half and fold into a heart shape (I kind of twisted the grasses in a spiral shape) then tie again (we used floral wire for this part as the grass kept breaking) and then add any embellishments you'd like and you're finished!!
